Flever Dream Building Pavilion — DIY Miniature Room Kit

$30.98

4.0 · 791 notes

Dream Building Pavilion is a timber-framed loft on several levels, open at the front, with a ladder-stair, a work table and a gallery that looks down into the main space. It is the one architects tend to pick off the shelf, which we take as a compliment.

Everything structural is visible, so the build rewards clean joints over clever hiding. The floor planks go down individually. Lighting is a single warm strand dropped from the ridge, and it does exactly what a ridge light does in a real building: it makes the volume obvious.

It is one of the larger kits on this shelf of 35 room kits, builders have left it 4.0 out of five across 791 notes, and it is in stock as we write this.

We design every room the way we design our dollhouse kits: a story first, then the furniture that story needs, then the boxes of loose parts — flowers, jars, a folded newspaper — that make Dream Building Pavilion look lived in. Everything in this DIY miniature house kit is cut in our own workshop, and we build one before we pack any.

What arrives in your Flever miniature kit

  • Numbered sheets of laser-cut MDF and card for the walls, floor and furniture.
  • Fabric, printed paper, paper flowers and the small decorations that dress the room.
  • An LED light wire with a battery pack for the house lights.
  • Glue, tweezers, double-sided tape and a sanding stick.
  • A clear plexiglass dust cover for the open front.
  • A step-by-step booklet with a photograph for every stage.

How the DIY build goes

  1. Decide where it will stand first — a bookshelf gap, a desk corner or a display cabinet — and filter this shelf by the size that fits.
  2. Pick the scene you would like to look at every day rather than the one with the most parts; a simple room you finish beats a crowded one you abandon.
  3. If this is a first DIY kit, choose something under forty dollars and keep the ambitious house for the second build.

Every Flever room kit is designed, cut and packed by the same small workshop, and we build one of each ourselves before it ever goes on sale.
