Flever Magic Gate — DIY Miniature Dream Bottle Kit

Magic Gate is a scene sealed inside a glass cylinder: an arched gate standing in a pool of light, steps leading up to it and a dark base that hides the wiring. The light is cool blue and it is the only kit we make where that is true.
Building inside a cylinder sounds harder than it is, because the scene assembles on the base first and the glass goes over it at the end. What does need care is the wiring, since there is no access afterwards. Check it lights before the glass goes on. Everybody forgets once.
It is one of the larger kits on this shelf of 3 dream bottles, builders have left it 4.3 out of five across 248 notes, and the current run is nearly through.
A dream bottle has no rooms to hide behind, so the design of Magic Gate is a single story seen from every side: boxes of tiny parts, paper flowers, a lit base and nothing wasted. It is the smallest world we make, and like every DIY miniature house kit on this site it is cut and built in our own workshop first.

How the DIY build goes
- Choose by the season you want on the shelf — our domes split roughly into a garden, a winter and a seaside design.
- These are a desk or bedside object rather than a bookshelf one; the dome wants to be looked at from all sides.
- Allow one patient evening rather than a quick hour. Nothing here is hard, but every joint is at an angle.
